For the European Commission’s Transition Pathway on Proximity & Social Economy (2022), BLYSS orchestrated a fast-track landscaping exercise that aligned industrial-policy levers with cooperative and social-enterprise realities. We convened manufacturers, mutual banks, platform co-ops and Commissioner Schmidt’s team, mapping white-space investment needs, regulatory chokepoints and technology gaps. The resulting pathway now guides EU funds and member-state strategies toward high-value, community-rooted industries.
